The Professional Women in Pest Management (PWIPM) is an affiliate group of the National Pest Management Association (NPMA) 

The New Mexico Chapter of PPWIPM is proud to be part of the NMPMA. Our mission is to support, promote, and inspire women across all roles in the pest management industry — from technicians and business owners to sales representatives, educators, and support staff.

We believe that building a strong, diverse network strengthens our entire industry. Through PWIPM, women in pest management have the opportunity to:

  • Connect with other professionals who share their passion for pest management

  • Grow through leadership training, career development, and educational events

  • Support one another by fostering mentorships, sharing resources, and encouraging advancement

  • Give Back through community outreach and charitable initiatives

The New Mexico PWIPM chapter hosts local networking events, educational retreats, and professional development activities throughout the year. Whether you are a seasoned professional or just starting your career, PWIPM is here to help you thrive.
