The New Mexico Department of Agriculture (NMDA) has announced a stakeholder meeting to discuss proposed changes to New Mexico pesticide regulations. These changes are being proposed to maintain compliance with federal certification and training requirements and may impact pesticide applicator continuing education requirements, category options, and other applicator-related regulations.
NMDA encourages participation from licensed pesticide applicators and industry stakeholders to provide input during this process.
